Music Monday [Creative Genius]

Hello, Schneckens!
Ooft I fell asleep. Today was a good first day back at Uni, which is amazing! In my writing class I thought of a screenplay idea, which allowed me to interact with my dear ol' friend back in the Stow and in Reading Drama I didn't fall asleep! Ahh, amazing! It was a good day in all seriousness, so I hope you don't mind this being short because I am falling asleep as we talk right now! So let's Monday, shall we?

Song I listened to: Useless:
The deep, intense instrument complimented the equally splendid vocal performance that had me gripped from start to finish. At no point would you describe her as 'useless' because her talent is sublime and amazingly good. Wonderful start to the week!

Song I listened to: Casanova (Remember Love):
My relationship with this man is spectacular. I first heard him a good 5+ years ago after his song 'Together' was played in Home and Away for Belle's final hours. I loved the song, but I didn't know who sung in. I then finally discovered him a few years ago and recently I have discovered more of his beautifully stunning music, such as this, and I am certain I will, as will everyone else, remember him!

Christine Leakey
Song I listened to: Be You:
This song was simply delightful. Even though it is 2 years old, it only makes me more excited to check out her recent stuff. The eerie intense vibe, along with the meaningful lyrics, really connect with me as the listener and really inspires me. It was like a movie in song form; brilliant!

Face The King
Song I listened to: The Sea:
This song had a U2 and 30 Seconds To Mars vibe right from the start, which instantly engaged me. The drumming and piano was a killer way to start the song, before those incredible vocals kicked in and instantly stole my heart. The song was uplifting and never once dropped the impact throughout the whole thing - then the chorus kicks in and you're in heaven! Bloody amazing!

Song I listened to: Stay Young:
Stay Young brings you back to the glory days of music, reminding you of why there is still hope in the music industry nowadays! It was retro, lively and got you up and moving on this rainy Monday. No matter what age you are, you're certainly stay young with this killer track and it'll certainly perk up your week!

Now this is a short list, but guys, I am knackered! It's quality over quantity and this list is full of it. So see you next week for the next list - you bring the music!

Toodles :)
